Bridgeport Subdivision is an 80 acre residential development located at S 180th Street and Cornhusker Road. This development offered close proximity to schools with lots that back to natural wetland features. This site was designed to maintain existing wetland features and create the feel of open space throughout the neighborhood. This was done with a coving design which utilizes unique setbacks for each building to allow for reduced street pavement and increased green space.
